SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping costs are €4.99. For orders equal to or greater than €55, standard shipping is free. Express shipping costs are €6.99.

The carrier will make two delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered on either attempt, the package will be returned to us.

If the address you provided is incorrect and the package cannot reach its destination, you will have to pay for new shipping to resend it:

  • €4.99 if you chose standard shipping
  • €6.99 if you chose express shipping

If your order exceeded €55 and shipping was free, the cost of reshipment will be €4.99.

To avoid any issues, please double-check the address before confirming your order. And if you made a mistake, please write to me as soon as possible and we will try to resolve it before it is shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Collection jewelry

They are prepared within 1 to 3 business days from the order confirmation.

Customization service

As these are unique pieces created especially for you, the lead time is 2 to 5 business days. We will do our best to create your jewelry as soon as possible. Because we know that when you like something, you can't wait.

Shipping

We ship with Correos. Once your order is ready, delivery times are:

  • Standard: between 2 and 4 business days
  • Express: between 1 and 2 business days

Deadlines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and begin counting from the next business day after the order is placed.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Before confirming your order, please double-check that all products in the cart are what you want and that the customization details are correct.

If you noticed an error just after confirming, please email me immediately at info@amoraaccessorize.com and we will try to resolve it before it's too late.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Personalized products

As these are pieces created especially for you, exchanges or returns are not accepted, unless the piece arrived in poor condition. In that case, write to me and we will resolve it.

Other products

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return, provided that the piece is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

To start the process:

  • Send an email to info@amoraaccessorize.com stating your intention to exchange or return
  • Return the piece in its original packaging, properly placed to avoid scratches during shipping
  • Send it by a private transport company or Correos (certified postal mail) within the indicated period
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the piece is received in perfect condition, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
