Can I order a custom piece?
Of course! You'll find the customization service in both the necklaces and bracelets sections.
*Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
What is the size of the necklaces?
You choose. Each necklace comes with a 5 cm extender so you can adjust the drop, tailor it to your style, and easily combine it with other pieces until it's exactly how you like it.

What is the size of the bracelets?
Our bracelets are typically 13 cm long and all include a 5 cm extender, so you can comfortably adjust them to your wrist and wear them exactly how you like best.

What are the jewels made of?
The hand-woven pieces are made with Lame viscose thread or Lame polyester thread, Czech crystal beads, and faceted beads. All materials are nickel-free, so you can wear them every day without worrying about skin irritations or reactions. They feature a 316L hypoallergenic stainless steel clasp and extender, designed for daily wear.
The rest of the collection's pieces, such as rings and earrings, are mostly made of 18k gold-plated stainless steel or 925 sterling silver, with gold plating on some models.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We do not offer this payment method, as most of our products are customized.
However, you can make your purchase quickly and securely with credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
If you are outside of Spain, you can write to us at info@amoraaccessorize.com and we will do our best to process your order and ensure you receive your package.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Prepared within 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Customisation service
As these are unique pieces created especially for you, the lead time is 2 to 5 working days. We will do our best to create your jewellery as soon as possible. Because we know that when you like something, you don't want to wait.
Shipping
We ship with Correos. Once your order is ready, delivery times are:
- Standard: between 2 and 4 working days
- Express: between 1 and 2 working days
Lead times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday) and start counting from the working day following the day the order is placed.
How can I track my order during shipping?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This way you can always know where it is.
